​Chestnut Street Playhouse is seeking proposals from potential directors who have a passion to direct at our theater. Proposals must illustrate that the show embraces the mission of CSP to engage and entertain audiences while providing opportunities for the community to participate in and experience the joy of live theater.

Proposals should be fully developed, including a projected production team and a plan for a rehearsal schedule once cast member conflicts become available. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis until August 1st for consideration for the next season. All proposals will be acknowledged. After review by the Programming Committee, we will ask for references and an interview to follow.
